Data we collect

No bank or payment data is collected on this website. Your IP address is used temporarily to protect the forms against abuse (anti-spam and submission limits).
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used only to answer your requests and to arrange your donation, partnership or volunteering. Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on the NGO's legitimate interest in keeping its website secure.
Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Recipients and service providers
Only the ANFANI NGO team members in charge of your request can access it.
The website relies on technical providers: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (domain name and Turnstile anti-spam check) and Google (map on the Contact page). Some of them are located outside Benin, notably in the United States and the European Union; they process data only to provide their service.
Retention
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request, and at most three years after our last exchange. Anti-spam technical data is kept for only a few minutes.
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The Google Maps embed (Contact page) and the Cloudflare Turnstile check (forms) may use their own cookies or technical storage when they are displayed.
Your rights
Under Law No. 2017-20 of April 20, 2018 on the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@anfani-ong.org.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with Benin's personal data protection authority (Autorité de Protection des Données à caractère Personnel, APDP).
Security and changes
Traffic to the website is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to messages is limited to the relevant team. This policy may change; the update date is shown at the top of this page.
